Photo Booth rental FAQ's
Contact us with the date, time, and location of your event. A rental agreement will be prepared for you to sign and once the deposit is paid we will go over template design and background selection process. Once we have finalized the layout of the template and the backdrop, you’re all set for your event.
No. We arrive 1.5 – 2 hours before the event to setup and test so that we’re ready as soon as your guests arrive. We will remain onsite throughout the rental period to answer any questions and to assist your guests.
We suggest you book at least 90 days in advance to allow us to provide the very best experience for you and your guest. We will book with short notice provided we have an opening and no special arrangements such as customized backdrops, props, etc…are requested.
We can set up outdoors as long as the weather permits (not raining or windy), a leak proof protective tent with sidewalls is provided and there is access to an electrical outlet.
Your guests may take an unlimited number of pictures during the time that you have booked.
Our services cover 50 miles (100 round trip) at no cost. Anything outside of the 100 mile round trip additional travel charges may apply. Please contact us for details.
A 20% deposit is due at booking and the balance is due 14 days before your event.
